What level of fitness do I need to be at to join Enerjenic Fitness?
Enerjenic Fitness caters to ALL fitness levels, from someone who has never exercised before to an advanced or experienced exerciser.
Is there an age requirement for joining or training at Enerjenic Fitness?
For gym membership: Ages 14-17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the membership agreement. Individuals under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian and will be limited to cardio equipment use only (no dumbbells or strength training equipment may be utilized); parent or legal guardian must be a member of Enerjenic Fitness in order to accompany them.
For Personal Training and/or group fitness: Any individual under the age of 17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the personal training agreement; however, parent or legal guardian is not required to join Enerjenic Fitness as the Certified Personal Trainer will be supervising the client.
Do you need to be a member of Enerjenic Fitness in order to sign up for Personal Training?
No, that is what makes Enerjenic Fitness different from other gyms/studios. You do NOT need to be a member to sign up for personal training/couples training/small group training/group fitness classes. All services are a la carte at Enerjenic Fitness. If you’d like to use the gym equipment on your own, you will need to sign up for a gym membership plan.
Where can I find pricing on Enerjenic Fitness services?
Please fill out the Inquiry / Free Assessment form, and someone will get in touch with you within 24 hours. Feel free to stop by our location for a tour, however, we prefer that you book a tour in advance and we will answer all of your questions when we meet with you.
If I had surgery in the past or recently, am I still able to sign up with Enerjenic Fitness?
If you are very recently out of surgery, please ensure that your doctor has given you medical clearance before you start exercising (whether it is cardio or strength training). During your free personal assessment with Enerjenic Fitness (included with all memberships), all of your medical history and current health status will be discussed with the trainer to ensure that the trainer develops the safest and most appropriate exercise program for you.
Are Personal Training services only available during the open gym hours?
NO, personal training appointments may be scheduled at any time and is coordinated directly between you and your personal trainer.
What types of gym memberships are available?
Month to month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12 month paid-in-full memberships are available.
What is the group fitness schedule and how do I sign up for classes?
The group fitness classes are purchased separately from gym memberships and personal training. You can find the schedule on our website and will be able to purchase classes in advance directly on our website and mobile app (coming this Summer).
